Question 13.
On the menu bar there is no way to save, so I can come back the next time and continue to add to the different categories so I don't loose anything, similar to Microsoft Word
Response: The recipes save automatically. As soon as you leave any of the fields on the recipe form that information is saved.

Question 16.
Why is the software installed in the My Documents folder? Most programs are installed in a their own folder inside the Program Files folder.
Response: The program is installed in the "My Documents" folder because the
underlying database engine is Microsoft Access. Microsoft Access stores the data and the program together. I felt that most users were more
likely to backup the "My Documents" folder rather that the program folder, hence I felt that it was safer to install the program in the "My Documents" folder.
Question 17.
Does the program prevent a user from deleting a measure or ingredient that is in use by a recipe?
Response:
The program does not prevent the user from deleting a measure or ingredient from the master ingredient or measure list. The
recipes that may have that ingredient or measure in it are not effected. The only effect is that if the user needs to use that ingredient or measure in a new recipe, it will need to be
re-added.
Question 18: It says when finished entering recipe, hit the Add Record button to save current recipe. Where is this button? Mine does not have one!

Question 19: Also, does it file the recipes in alphabetical order even though they aren't entered alphabetically? (or do I have to enter them in order, the way I want them printed?)
Response: The recipes are printed in alphabetical order by title. Entering the
recipes in a particular order will not alter the order of print out.
Question 20: I've entered several recipes & yet under "find recipe" it only lists the title of the most current recipe entered.
Response: Click on the drop arrow to the right of the Find Recipe text
box to display a list of all recipes.

Response: The number of recipes that the program will hold is determined by the amount of disk space.
